One line per level, top to bottom: Name | URL. The last crumb (the current page) can skip the URL. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Test in Google's Rich Results Test
- Google requires a name for every crumb and an item URL for every crumb except the last.
- Breadcrumbs should match the trail visitors see, starting at the home page.
- Positions (1, 2, 3...) are added automatically.
Schema helps, but GPTBot, ClaudeBot and Perplexity also need your robots.txt to let them in and real text in the raw HTML. Check it free:
AI Search Readiness Check →Which fields? The ones Google's structured-data docs list as required or recommended for that type (Service, which Google doesn't document, uses core schema.org properties). Valid markup makes a page eligible for rich results; it doesn't guarantee them. Google no longer shows FAQ rich results (fully retired in 2026); Software App rich results need real ratings.
